Our facility features a cutting-edge 9-stage wash system engineered to deliver optimal surface preparation. This comprehensive process includes both acid and alkaline cleaning, followed by an Alodine treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance and coating adhesion. Each stage is meticulously followed by dual reverse osmosis rinse stations to ensure absolute cleanliness.

After washing, parts pass through a high-efficiency dry-off oven and cooling tunnel before entering our fully automated powder coating booth. Equipped with up to 12 precision spray guns, the system ensures uniform coverage and a flawless finish.

To complete the process, parts move through a controlled cure oven, where temperature and line speed are precisely calibrated to meet exact powder curing specifications.

We are equipped to handle components up to 90” in length, 36” in width, and 24” in thickness, delivering consistent, high-quality results for a wide range of applications.
